FTA 'Get into Teaching' Experience Events

During our Experience Days you will be able to come and get a taste of what it is like working in a school. You will be able to observe lessons and meet current students and staff, including Trainee and Early Career Teachers. There will then be the opportunity to ask questions and discuss your next steps with one of the team before you leave.

 'Get into Teaching' School Experience events dates to be confirmed throughout November 2024 and January 2025:

Southam College, Southam, Warwickshire.

Bilton School, Rugby, Warwickshire.

Parkgate Primary School, Coventry.

Redmoor Academy, Hinckley, Leicestershire.

Barr's Hill School Coventry.

Kineton School, Warwickshire.

Myton School, Warwick, Warwickshire.

 

Morning events will run from 09:00-11:30 and afternoon events will run from 15:15-17:30. Booking required*

The days will usually run from 09:30 -11:30. Booking is essential. 

 

FTA 'Get into Teaching' Information Evenings 

During our Information Evenings you will be able to meet our ITT team, discover what your next steps to becoming a trainee teacher are and how you can gain some school experience. We will be available to answer your questions and offer support in making your application.

The Information Evenings will usually run 16:00-18:00. No booking required but if you would like more information or to confirm your attendance please Email: itt@futuresteachingalliance.org.uk

Date TBC: 'Get into Teaching' Information Evening at The Hinckley School, Hinckley, Leicestershire.

This event will run from 16:00-18:00 and will play host to a number of providers across the various pathways into Initial Teacher Training.
